If you’re a fan of jazz, then Herb Alpert’s Supper club, aka “Vibrato” is right up your alley. I can name less than a handful of supper clubs that still exist in LA and Vibrato is simply the best. Vibrato pulls in talent from all over the world so make sure to tune in with their website often.
Vibrato will give you an excuse to step out of LA’s casual dress scene and pull out your finest threads; sit, relax, eat and be entertained. You can make a reservation for dinner, or pay a small fee to sit at the bar. Either way, the experience will be world class.
Something about driving way up top the mountains of Bel-Air adds to the mystic of the evening. Vibrato makes for the perfect date night. It’s a great local scene with an old school vibe, serving dinner and cocktails and of course LIVE JAZZ.

If your toddler is at the stage when an iPad or some other colorful distraction can be used for an un-interrupted 20 minutes, then go for it.
Uh-uh, NO WAY, don’t even think about it!:
I don’t care how cute your toddler is. Pop your head in… turn around… walk away. PERIOD.

A place you cannot leave your toddler alone, not even for a second.
