THE GET DOWN
Capri is happy with any menu that has a pizza and meatball on it! The good thing about bringing her everywhere to eat with us is that we have to dine at senior hour (aka btwn 5-6pm) anyway.
This works out great when eating at Bestilla, because without a reservation, it’s the only way you’ll get in. In fact, eating at the bar might be the only way you will get in without waiting two months for a reservation!
But good things come to those that wait they say. And that is definitely the case here. You won’t go wrong with one single thing on the menu at Bestilla. It’s all perfection. Just once I’d like to flip off the pasta, but it’s so damn good I can’t.
The people watching and the social scene is fantastic at any hour; even when the doors first open. And you are bound to meet other foodies which makes learning about new hidden gems so much fun!

For those with little
runners & screamers:
Easily forgiven:
Here, you can forget the fact that it’s your rambunctious child that’s screaming and STILL enjoy most of your meal.
Not promoted, but you should take the chance:
If your toddler is at the stage when an iPad or some other colorful distraction can be used for an un-interrupted 20 minutes, then go for it.
Uh-uh, NO WAY, don’t even think about it!:
I don’t care how cute your toddler is. Pop your head in… turn around… walk away. PERIOD.
No contained area:
A place you cannot leave your toddler alone, not even for a second.
Enclosed, but space is tight:
If YOU can’t fit between the tables then you know you couldn’t catch your toddler if they tried – this isn’t Norm’s.
