M-Café is a simple and casual health conscious cafe, with lots of delicious vegetarian/vegan options.
M cafe has a deli case filled with eats to order in ,carry out or just sample.
You can choose how many sushi rolls you want or pick up anything from salmon dip or soba noodles, peanut butter kale and other tasty treats.
If you are dining in, then the Salmon Bento or Macro burger with sweet potato fries are the way to go! M cafe also has an extensive offering of tea and smoothies.
If you have a runner I suggest sitting inside because the outdoor patio is attached to the front parking lot. But hey! Can’t have it ALL, ALLL of the time.
M cafe is a super relaxed, super casual environment filled with health conscious hipsters. If you have a screamer on your hands, I say scream away! (ok, well as long as you’re not sitting next to me… jk).

Here, you can forget the fact that it’s your rambunctious child that’s screaming and STILL enjoy most of your meal.
Not promoted, but you should take the chance:
If your toddler is at the stage when an iPad or some other colorful distraction can be used for an un-interrupted 20 minutes, then go for it.
Uh-uh, NO WAY, don’t even think about it!:
I don’t care how cute your toddler is. Pop your head in… turn around… walk away. PERIOD.
No contained area:
A place you cannot leave your toddler alone, not even for a second.
Enclosed, but space is tight:
If YOU can’t fit between the tables then you know you couldn’t catch your toddler if they tried – this isn’t Norm’s.
