Good food done right. Simple is the best. Something for everyone. These are just a few things that come to mind when I think about the food at Forage.
Local and sustainable, this small café offers a variety of options that change frequently and are visible for you to see and order.
Forage is very small and narrow, so if you have a runner sit at the table closest to the bathroom and block that aisle off with a chair.. lol. (I kid, though I was tempted. You’ll see what I mean when you get there).
It took a few times of going, before we got the hang of sitting, but I never gave up on my meals at Forage.
The only drag is the restraint I must practice when salivating at the sweet counter. It’s all that good. The hipster, health – conscious scene included.

Here, you can forget the fact that it’s your rambunctious child that’s screaming and STILL enjoy most of your meal.
Not promoted, but you should take the chance:
If your toddler is at the stage when an iPad or some other colorful distraction can be used for an un-interrupted 20 minutes, then go for it.
Uh-uh, NO WAY, don’t even think about it!:
I don’t care how cute your toddler is. Pop your head in… turn around… walk away. PERIOD.
No contained area:
A place you cannot leave your toddler alone, not even for a second.
Enclosed, but space is tight:
If YOU can’t fit between the tables then you know you couldn’t catch your toddler if they tried – this isn’t Norm’s.
