THE GET DOWN
I guess Holmby hills is known for more than just the Playboy Mansion and the former Spelling home… Voila! A totally posh park!
Holmby Hills park is a beautiful, clean and quiet park (no skateboarding or bike riding allowed here) in a more exclusive part of Beverly hills (well, it’s called Holmby Hills specifically). Ooo lala. Fancy fancy.
Outside of the playground area itself you’ll find a miniature putting green, plenty of green grass perfect for crawlers (and lawn bowling) and a walking trail that loops around. Inside the playground area you’ll find a little something for all ages. Plenty of sand, slides, swings and space to run!
The sunset is beautiful here at dusk. Its reflection shines through the beautiful foliage all around and the quiet vibes always feel like a lazy Sunday. Holmby Hills Park, though not completely shaded, doesn’t get as hot as most because of the trees surrounding it.

For those with little
runners & screamers:
Easily forgiven:
Here, you can forget the fact that it’s your rambunctious child that’s screaming and STILL enjoy most of your meal.
Not promoted, but you should take the chance:
If your toddler is at the stage when an iPad or some other colorful distraction can be used for an un-interrupted 20 minutes, then go for it.
Uh-uh, NO WAY, don’t even think about it!:
I don’t care how cute your toddler is. Pop your head in… turn around… walk away. PERIOD.
No contained area:
A place you cannot leave your toddler alone, not even for a second.
Enclosed, but space is tight:
If YOU can’t fit between the tables then you know you couldn’t catch your toddler if they tried – this isn’t Norm’s.
