Slowly being gentrified, these areas have an urban (landscape) vibe with a bonified hippy chic’ster flow. Cool little vintage stores pop up between the and pa shops that have been around since the 60’s of before. Some still housed in buildings that date back from the early 1900’s. On occasion (and a more frequent occasion as of late) you will find chef driven restaurants with an organic, wholesome fare.
