We Rock The Spectrum
THE GET DOWN
We Rock the Spectrum is the perfect indoor play facility for young toddlers.
We Rock the Spectrum is half gym and half playland. YES!!! So, if your tot has a hard time deciding what they feel like doing, they have the choice of doing it ALL. And for once, you can kick back a little and let them do so.
What tot DOESN’T need to get the ansies out on a trampoline, or fly across the room on a zipline? Heck, “We Rock the Spectrum” even has pint sized treadmills and a stationary bicycle that will ensure your tots energy is bound to get zapped! Lol.
And when they need a break from all of this, then step into the imaginative play area. Play dress up or doll house; create an art project or simply build with blocks. You won’t get bored here.
Each “We Rock the Spectrum’s” are different, since they are independently franchised. Sometimes they can be closed on the weekends for private events so call ahead first.
The “We Rock the Spectrum” on Tajunga has drop off services. They also have staff equipped to work with children with special needs. People who come here, come here often. There is a sense of trust and familiarly with the staff, parents and kids.
I must quietly admit though, I have to take one for the team here. Capri has so much fun at “We Rock the Spectrum” that I have to look past the fact that the off-white cement walls make me feel like I’m in some type of solitary confinement. The track lighting with drop ceilings doesn’t help this feeling either, nor does the lack of colors on the wall.
But hey. BITE IT!

For those with little
runners & screamers:
Easily forgiven:
Here, you can forget the fact that it’s your rambunctious child that’s screaming and STILL enjoy most of your meal.
Not promoted, but you should take the chance:
If your toddler is at the stage when an iPad or some other colorful distraction can be used for an un-interrupted 20 minutes, then go for it.
Uh-uh, NO WAY, don’t even think about it!:
I don’t care how cute your toddler is. Pop your head in… turn around… walk away. PERIOD.
No contained area:
A place you cannot leave your toddler alone, not even for a second.
Enclosed, but space is tight:
If YOU can’t fit between the tables then you know you couldn’t catch your toddler if they tried – this isn’t Norm’s.
