Melody
THE GET DOWN
Sing yourself a nice little Melody as you enter this homie bungalow and you’ll fit right in.
A warm smile greets you at the door, a DJ is spinning all the right vibes, aaaand if you go on a day when the burger is on the menu? You got yourself a cool and casual Sunday afternoon hang… al fresco of course.
The food at Melody is everything you will continue to crave. Yes, these folks might declare the fare as French, but not to worry, a nice hearty chicken sandwich awaits!
Brunch, happy hour, dinner …Melody’s no reservation policy and laid back vibes make it a great spot to gather some cool peeps to break bread, or simply have a drink.
There is something inviting about a place that feels like home. And there is something even more special about a restaurant where you can bring the tots, feel right at home but don’t have to do the dishes after… or pick up toys. Ahhh. Yes.
Melody is a good place to gather your peeps with peepsqueaks too. The outdoor patio is perfect for runners or screamers and there is plenty of space to move about or even stash a bundle of toys right next to your chair. Depending on the set of lungs your kid has, you may want to choose to sit inside riiiight by the DJ booth that will drown them out in no time. Whatever your hang is, the food and good vibes at Melody will have you going back.

For those with little
runners & screamers:
Easily forgiven:
Here, you can forget the fact that it’s your rambunctious child that’s screaming and STILL enjoy most of your meal.
Not promoted, but you should take the chance:
If your toddler is at the stage when an iPad or some other colorful distraction can be used for an un-interrupted 20 minutes, then go for it.
Uh-uh, NO WAY, don’t even think about it!:
I don’t care how cute your toddler is. Pop your head in… turn around… walk away. PERIOD.
No contained area:
A place you cannot leave your toddler alone, not even for a second.
Enclosed, but space is tight:
If YOU can’t fit between the tables then you know you couldn’t catch your toddler if they tried – this isn’t Norm’s.
