Langer’s
THE GET DOWN
Hands down Langer’s is the ABSOLUTE BEST DELI IN ALL OF LA!!! Have you ever been to Katz in NYC? Well I’d say Langer’s can definitely compare. Yes, a large statement I know. The only thing missing is the guy behind the counter cutting the pastrami and letting you taste as much as you want for a nice tip.
Nonetheless, order your pastrami sandy with lean meat. There’s an extra charge for this but your belly will thank you later. It is melt in your mouth delicious! (and big enough to split)
Langer’s is a deli for petes sake, so don’t worry if your youngins decide to be unruly just as you finally get seated. They can scream as loud as they want in here! Runners beware though, you don’t want them running too close to the guys with the large knives. Langer’s is a meal you don’t want to miss!

For those with little
runners & screamers:
Easily forgiven:
Here, you can forget the fact that it’s your rambunctious child that’s screaming and STILL enjoy most of your meal.
Not promoted, but you should take the chance:
If your toddler is at the stage when an iPad or some other colorful distraction can be used for an un-interrupted 20 minutes, then go for it.
Uh-uh, NO WAY, don’t even think about it!:
I don’t care how cute your toddler is. Pop your head in… turn around… walk away. PERIOD.
No contained area:
A place you cannot leave your toddler alone, not even for a second.
Enclosed, but space is tight:
If YOU can’t fit between the tables then you know you couldn’t catch your toddler if they tried – this isn’t Norm’s.
