Cento Pasta Bar
THE GET DOWN
It will take several times passing this place (by foot or by car) before you realize that you have arrived. The words Mignon on the door will scream at you and all of a sudden you will say, wait.. isn’t this the bar I came to for a drink last night? The answer: YES, it is.
Finding the place is just the beginning of this foodie adventure. Cento Pasta Bar by day. Mignon wine bar by night. The two places SHARE the same space. However, in order to find Cento Pasta Bar, you must arrive between the hours of 11am-3pm, Wed – Saturday ONLY.
Once you open that door, you’ll get all the pasta smells as you see the CHEF behind the bar, cooking up the goods. The menu at Cento Pasta Bar can be recited in less than 10 seconds, as there are only 3 items on it. What to get? Duuuh… Everything! And you WILL be blown away.
There are only 2 small tables in this place, I mean it IS a wine bar after all. So if you are dining with your runner, you will definitely need to bring your Inglesina clip on high chair and let them get at that Bolognese, one noodle at a time.
If not, visit Cento Pasta Bar after you’ve worn out those kiddos or come back on a day you have solo (yes, I know, in your dreams right?) Whatever you do, plan for an afternoon of foodie adventure and let your taste buds take you to places you haven’t been.

For those with little
runners & screamers:
Easily forgiven:
Here, you can forget the fact that it’s your rambunctious child that’s screaming and STILL enjoy most of your meal.
Not promoted, but you should take the chance:
If your toddler is at the stage when an iPad or some other colorful distraction can be used for an un-interrupted 20 minutes, then go for it.
Uh-uh, NO WAY, don’t even think about it!:
I don’t care how cute your toddler is. Pop your head in… turn around… walk away. PERIOD.
No contained area:
A place you cannot leave your toddler alone, not even for a second.
Enclosed, but space is tight:
If YOU can’t fit between the tables then you know you couldn’t catch your toddler if they tried – this isn’t Norm’s.
